The role involves close collaboration with project managers and site teams to monitor progress and manage variations. Key Requirements

At least 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management Professional certification such as RICS is highly preferred Strong expertise in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Experience in contract management and dispute resolution Proficiency in MS Excel and specialized QS software Ability to perform accurate material take-offs and cost analysis Knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English

GCC experience preferred with UAE experience being a significant advantage. Strong knowledge of Fabrication and MEP systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and commercial tracking tools. Familiarity with contract conditions, measurement standards, and billing procedures. Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets. Ability to identify, evaluate, and price variations, change orders, and claims. Demonstrated expertise in subcontractor tendering and evaluation. Proven ability to coordinate with project managers and planning teams for commercial reporting.
