We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead to drive high-impact artificial intelligence initiatives in UAE, specifically based in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and LLM strategy to transform business units. You will be at the forefront of architecting scalable ML systems and data platforms, ensuring that AI-driven innovation is delivered across various industrial sectors.

This executive-level position involves significant stakeholder management and the mentoring of junior and mid-level engineering teams. You will work in a fast-paced environment in Dubai, collaborating with diverse teams to implement cutting-edge technology. Competitive executive-level compensation is provided, reflecting the seniority and expertise required for this pivotal role in the UAE.

Key Requirements

20+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. Strong expertise in Python programming. Proven experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks. Extensive track record leading large-scale AI projects end-to-end. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to drive Generative AI and LLM strategy. Experience architecting scalable ML systems and data platforms. Proven ability to mentor engineering teams and foster innovation.
