Key Requirements

Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods. Ability to read and interpret basic demolition plans and site layouts. Proficiency in operating manual and power tools relevant to site work. Strong communication skills in English to ensure team coordination. A valid UAE residence visa or eligibility for company sponsorship. Proven reliability and a strong work ethic regarding project deadlines. Technical certification in a construction-related trade is highly preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural workforce.
