A reputable firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Tenant Acquisition Manager or Tenant Acquisition Specialist to oversee property occupancy and tenant relations. This role is pivotal in managing our real estate portfolio and ensuring high occupancy rates through strategic marketing and negotiation. Salary: AED 7000 - 10000.
Candidates should possess significant experience in the real estate sector, specifically focusing on tenant acquisition and lease management. You will be responsible for lead generation, conducting property viewings, and finalizing lease agreements while maintaining high standards of customer service and professional integrity within the Abu Dhabi market.
Key Requirements
7-10 years of experience in real estate or tenant acquisition
Proven track record of meeting occupancy targets
Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
Valid UAE driving license is often preferred
Proficiency in property management software
Ability to handle complex lease legalities
