Key Requirements
Significant experience as a CDP or Senior Commis in a professional kitchen.
Current residence within the United Arab Emirates.
Expertise in specific kitchen sections (e.g., sauce, grill, or fish).
Strong ability to manage a small team of junior cooks.
Dedication to consistent food quality and presentation.
Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
