Fahhad Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager specializing in Modern Trade to join our team in the UAE. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and manage strategic relationships with major wholesale traders and distributors across the region. Key Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in the UAE retail wholesale market. Proven experience in the Perfumes and Cosmetics industry. Strong existing relationships with major wholesale traders and distributors in the UAE. Possession of a valid UAE driving license. Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Excellent negotiation, contract management, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets. Proficiency in monitoring market pricing, competitor activities, and demand trends. Strong organizational skills for coordinating with logistics and supply chain for order fulfillment. Experience in providing detailed monthly sales forecasts and market feedback. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for specific product lines.
