GSS is currently seeking a dedicated and professional ULD & Ground Operation Agent to join their team in Sharjah, UAE. The primary focus of this role is to manage Unit Load Devices (ULD) and oversee various ground operation tasks to ensure the efficiency and safety of airport services. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the aviation industry and have a strong background in cargo or ground handling operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the aviation and logistics teams to coordinate ramp activities and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols. Key Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in airport operations or ground handling services. In-depth knowledge of Unit Load Device (ULD) handling and tracking systems. Ability to coordinate ground support equipment and ramp personnel effectively. Strong understanding of international aviation safety and security standards. Proficiency in managing cargo documentation and weight/balance requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Physical ability to work in an outdoor airport environment and handle manual tasks. High school diploma or vocational training in aviation or logistics. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance.
