Asali Contracting Co. L.L.C. is an established firm specializing in general contracting and maintenance services throughout the UAE. We are currently searching for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our daily field operations and ensure that all labor activities align with the project schedule. The supervisor will be the primary point of contact for workers on the ground, ensuring safety and quality are never compromised.

This role provides a great opportunity to demonstrate leadership in a challenging environment, helping to build essential infrastructure and residential units that serve the local community.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role on construction sites. Strong knowledge of structural works, finishes, and MEP coordination. Ability to lead and motivate a large team of skilled and unskilled workers. Strict adherence to safety protocols and the ability to enforce them on-site. Basic computer literacy for reporting and communication purposes. Excellent physical health to navigate large and complex construction sites. Ability to solve practical problems and technical glitches on the fly. Professional level of English for communicating with engineers and clients. Relevant diploma or technical certification in building construction. Deep understanding of materials and resource management to minimize waste.
