Fahhad Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager specializing in Modern Trade to join our team in the UAE. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and manage strategic relationships with major wholesale traders and distributors across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the Perfumes and Cosmetics sector, ensuring the expansion of market coverage and the achievement of revenue targets. Possible work locations for this position include Sharjah and Ajman.

The role involves managing key accounts, developing innovative sales strategies, and identifying new wholesale partners to strengthen our market presence. You will negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotions while monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Collaboration with logistics and supply chain teams is essential for seamless order fulfillment. Applicants should possess a deep understanding of the UAE retail wholesale market and hold a valid driving license to facilitate travel between key business hubs.

Key Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in the UAE retail wholesale market. Proven experience in the Perfumes and Cosmetics industry. Strong existing relationships with major wholesale traders and distributors in the UAE. Possession of a valid UAE driving license. Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Excellent negotiation, contract management, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets. Proficiency in monitoring market pricing, competitor activities, and demand trends. Strong organizational skills for coordinating with logistics and supply chain for order fulfillment. Experience in providing detailed monthly sales forecasts and market feedback. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for specific product lines.
