QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) – FABRICATION & MEP PROJECTS @ CINQ
CINQ is seeking a dedicated and professional Quantity Surveyor (QS) to handle Fabrication and MEP projects in Dubai. The primary focus of this role involves comprehensive cost and commercial management, including the preparation of detailed cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets. The professional will be responsible for monitoring project costs and cash flows, as well as tracking material, labor, and fabrication costs against approved budgets. This position requires a strong technical background to support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives across various project stages. In addition to cost tracking, the role involves extensive work in measurement and billing, where the candidate will prepare and submit interim payment certificates and final bills. The Quantity Surveyor will also administer subcontract agreements, handle variations and claims, and manage commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. Coordination with project managers, engineers, and planning teams is essential to provide monthly commercial reports and dashboards, ensuring successful project close-outs and audit compliance within the dynamic UAE construction market.
