We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director for Software Products to lead and drive commercial success in Abu Dhabi. This senior leadership role focuses on developing and executing commercial strategies to accelerate revenue growth, managing high-value key accounts, and overseeing the pricing and contract management lifecycles. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the software and SaaS industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge in market expansion and business development within the UAE and the broader GCC region.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our market position. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology offerings align with market demands and customer needs. With over a decade of experience in high-level commercial roles, you will bring strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of scaling technology-based businesses in a competitive environment.

Key Requirements

10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles. Strong background in the software, SaaS, or technology industry. Proven experience in achieving significant revenue growth. Expertise in developing and implementing commercial strategies. Extensive experience in key account management. Strong pricing, negotiation, and contract management skills. UAE or GCC market experience is highly preferred. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
