MEP QUANTITY SURVEYOR (POST CONTRACT) @ GREEN VALLEY HR
Green Valley HR is urgently recruiting an MEP Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) for a contracting client based in Dubai. This role focuses on post-contract duties for building construction projects, requiring a professional with a solid background in mechanical engineering and cost management. Salary: AED 15,000/-+Benefits. The role involves managing all costs related to MEP building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will work closely with the project team to minimize costs and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. This post-contract position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the UAE market and contractor-side operations.
Key Requirements
BE Mechanical Engineering degree.
Minimum 8 years of total experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the UAE.
Specialized experience in Post Contract management.
Background in building construction with a main contractor.
Proficient in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost estimation.
Strong skills in preparing variation orders and final accounts.
Experience in procurement and contract administration.
Ability to conduct site measurements and valuations.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills for project cost control.
