Depa Interiors is seeking a BIM Developer to join their team in Dubai for a full-time, on-site opportunity. This role is central to our interior fit-out contracting firm, where you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of highly detailed 3D BIM models. You will focus on complex projects encompassing partitions, ceilings, joinery, and specialized fit-out components, ensuring strict compliance with project requirements, BEP, LOD, and LOI standards.

In this position, you will utilize your technical skills to design and develop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using C# and the Revit API within Visual Studio. You will collaborate closely with BIM teams to automate manual workflows, build data management utilities, and produce comprehensive construction documentation including detailed drawings and schedules. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable firm dedicated to building world-class interiors through innovative BIM solutions.

Key Requirements

Familiarity with C#, .NET, and Revit API from basic to intermediate levels. Strong understanding of BIM standards including LOD, naming conventions, and shared parameters. Knowledge of Visual Studio, Python, or JSON/XML data handling. Ability to translate project challenges into effective technical solutions. Design and develop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using C#. Build and maintain automation tools and desktop applications. Lead the development of accurate 3D BIM models for interior fit-out projects. Collaborate with BIM teams to convert manual workflows into automated solutions. Produce construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs. Support quality control processes to ensure BIM deliverables meet organizational standards.
