Al Eslah General Contracting is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer / Engineer to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our construction and general contracting projects adhere to the highest international and local health, safety, and environmental standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding our workforce and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of safety across all job sites.

The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in HSE management within the UAE construction sector, demonstrating a proven track record of managing complex safety protocols. Responsibilities include conducting thorough site inspections, performing risk assessments, and leading safety training sessions for staff. We are particularly interested in candidates who are available to start immediately and can integrate quickly into our dynamic project environment to support our ongoing growth and commitment to excellence.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar HSE role. Possession of relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH IGC or equivalent. Profound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations. Strong ability to conduct detailed site inspections and safety audits. Expertise in hazard identification and performing comprehensive risk assessments. Excellent communication and reporting skills to provide clear safety documentation. Experience working within the general contracting or construction industry in the UAE. Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE management plans. Ability to lead safety training sessions and promote a safe working culture. Immediate availability for joining the team is highly preferred.
