Ramraj Cotton is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior General Manager – Sales to lead our Inner Garments business division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving overall sales performance across key territories in both South and North India. This strategic leadership role involves mentoring large regional teams and ensuring the brand's continued dominance in the ethnic wear and innerwear market.

The role demands a visionary professional with a strong background in sales strategy and distribution expansion within the textile industry. You will be tasked with formulating growth plans, analyzing market trends, and strengthening our dealer/distributor network. As part of one of India's most trusted brands, you will play a pivotal role in achieving primary and secondary sales targets while managing multi-location operations efficiently.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of professional experience in sales leadership roles. Proven expertise in the textile, apparel, or inner garments industry. Extensive exposure to sales dynamics in both South and North India markets. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage large-scale regional sales teams. Track record of successfully expanding dealer and distributor networks. Strong capability in formulating and executing strategic sales plans for business growth. Experience in managing primary and secondary sales targets effectively. Ability to analyze complex market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights. Experience managing multi-location operations across different geographical territories. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
