We are a local manufacturing company specializing in men's underwear, specifically boxers. Due to our significant business expansion in the region, we are looking for a capable and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding sales channels, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and wholesalers, and planning and executing strategic sales initiatives. This is a leadership role that requires the ability to manage a team to achieve high-performance targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong local network and deep familiarity with the wholesale market. We offer a competitive starting salary of 1,500,000 TZS per month plus a commission structure with no upper limit, rewarding high achievers for their contribution to the company's growth. Key Requirements
