The Country / Regional Manager – Africa role is a pivotal position aimed at driving the company's market presence across the African continent. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading market expansion initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth within the FX and CFD trading sectors. This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate the complexities of the local financial landscape while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance. As a key leader in the region, you will leverage your existing network of affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to build a robust market footprint. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing business development strategies, managing regional operations remotely, and ensuring that all activities align with the global corporate vision. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in the region, representing the brand and driving its success in a competitive trading environment.
