Our client is a leading supplier of quality glassware, tableware, and kitchenware to homes, hotels, and businesses across East Africa. The company is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's continued sales growth within the region. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and expanding the client base in the competitive glassware and kitchenware market. You will work closely with the management team to develop strategies that align with the company's vision of excellence and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and possess the ability to turn opportunities into lasting business results in Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the hospitality or retail supply industry. Strong ability to identify and exploit new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Deep understanding of the glassware, tableware, and kitchenware market in East Africa. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance KPIs. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools to track progress. Strong negotiation and closing skills to finalize business deals effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to achieve common goals. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
