Herocean Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Operations Officer to oversee and manage various aspects of factory production and logistics. The role involves ensuring that all factory stock undergoes rigorous quality inspection and that preventative maintenance is performed on machinery to minimize downtime. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting operational issues as they arise and maintaining accurate inventory records to support the supply chain. In addition to technical maintenance and inspection, the successful candidate will oversee the safe loading and offloading of cargo and manage material handling and supply processes. Applicants must be prepared to operate industrial machinery and work in various locations, as the role may require travel or assignment to sites outside of Dar es Salaam. With a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in factory operations, we are looking for a professional who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence in a trading and manufacturing context.
