AUTOMOBILE ENGINEER (HEAVY VEHICLE / TRUCK) - 5 POSITIONS @ HADI HR GULF
A leading automobile company in Tanzania is urgently seeking five qualified Automobile Engineers specializing in heavy vehicles and trucks to join their team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and managing workshop infrastructure, ensuring all tools and machinery are operating at peak efficiency. Key technical duties include performing comprehensive engine services for both petrol and diesel vehicles, computerized wheel alignment, suspension repairs, and braking system maintenance. The role follows a 10-hour daily schedule, six days a week, under a two-year renewable contract.
Beyond mechanical repairs, candidates are expected to adhere to safety protocols and implement quality controls for all vehicle maintenance. Meticulous record-keeping of workshop activities, including repair logs and inventory management, is a critical component of the role. Candidates should be proficient in analyzing technical manuals to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. The company provides full accommodation in an independent house, medical insurance, and local transportation.
