Fursaflix Digital is seeking a strategic Website Designer to join our team on a project-based basis. We are not just looking for someone to make things look pretty; we need a professional who understands that a website is a business tool designed to convert visitors into customers. You will be responsible for creating clean, modern, and high-converting websites that drive real results for our clients. Your focus will be on UI/UX strategy, ensuring that every design choice contributes to business growth and measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will turn complex ideas into intuitive wireframes and functional user experiences. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to execute projects, ensuring that all websites are mobile-first, fast-loading, and optimized for performance and SEO. We value designers who can think critically about user behavior and conversion rather than just following instructions. If you have a strong portfolio and a passion for strategic design, we want to hear from you. Possible work locations include remote flexibility with a preference for candidates based in Tanzania.

Key Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality website design and strategic thinking. Proven experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Technical proficiency in web platforms like Webflow or WordPress. Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, focusing on strategy rather than aesthetics alone. Demonstrated ability to design using a mobile-first and responsive approach. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and its application in web design.
