Elite HR Solutions is looking for a qualified Transport Operations Manager to lead the operations of a bulk transportation firm in Tanzania. This role is central to the company's daily efficiency, involving the oversight of vehicle movements, client negotiations, and internal coordination across various departments. The manager will be expected to drive results by ensuring that all materials are moved safely and on schedule while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the logistics, accounts, and workshop teams, ensuring that vehicle tracking is accurate, invoicing is processed on time, and fleet maintenance is prioritized. The position offers a monthly salary of 6,500,000 Tsh. Applicants should have a strong background in transportation and the ability to manage complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

Manage day-to-day Operations of a Bulk Transportation Company. Interact with clients and convince for vehicle movement and material movement. Interact with Logistic Team to understand vehicle location & tracking. Interact with Accounts Team for invoicing and outstanding and payment collection. Interact with Workshop Team for repair and breakdown updates. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Possess at least 5 years of experience in transport or fleet management. Demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills for client management. Show proficiency in using GPS tracking software and logistics management systems.
