Hanlink Motors is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join our commercial vehicle and machinery division in Tanzania. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing key accounts across our core portfolio, which includes XCMG Construction Equipment, SINOTRUK Haulage & Logistics, HELI Material Handling, and KING LONG Transport Solutions. You will provide expert technical consultations to clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their construction, earthmoving, haulage, and transport needs.

The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of experience in the heavy-duty machinery sector and have a solid technical understanding of our partner brands. We are looking for a professional with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering who can navigate complex negotiations and build lasting relationships with industry stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with world-class equipment and contribute to the infrastructure and logistics development of the region by delivering high-quality machinery solutions.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 3 years professional experience in heavy-duty machinery sales. In-depth technical knowledge of XCMG, SINOTRUK, HELI, and KING LONG products. Proven track record in identifying and closing new business opportunities. Strong professionalism with exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering. Experience in managing and growing existing key accounts in the commercial sector. Ability to provide expert technical consultations to high-level clients. Deep understanding of the Tanzanian haulage and logistics market. Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of machinery. Proficiency in market analysis and tracking competitor activities.
