QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MINING SECTOR) @ PCS
PCS is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading client operating within the dynamic mining sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of mining projects, ensuring that costs are managed effectively from start to finish. This role involves significant contract management, risk assessment, and the regular monitoring of site progress to maintain budget alignment. You will be expected to evaluate claims, prepare detailed monthly cost reports, and ensure that all operations comply strictly with health and safety standards.
In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. The position requires a willingness to travel both locally and internationally as project needs dictate.
