SITE FOREMAN @ INFINITY DEVELOPMENTS
Infinity Developments is looking for a qualified Site Foreman to oversee daily operations on their building projects in Zanzibar. The role focuses on supervising a wide range of finishing trades, including decorative painting, wall rendering, and surface preparations. You will manage the layout and installation of various finishing materials, ensuring that all work aligns with architectural drawings and the highest quality standards. This role is essential for maintaining the momentum of finishing schedules in coordination with other site departments.
The Site Foreman is also responsible for the technical oversight of structural elements such as reinforcement placement and formwork accuracy. You will lead teams of 10 to 30 workers, providing guidance and ensuring safety protocols are followed on-site. By coordinating with the Site Engineer for survey checks and managing the availability of materials and equipment, you will ensure that the day's tasks are completed efficiently. This position is based in Zanzibar, Unguja, and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile developments within a professional environment.
