Alko Vintages Co. Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrical & Maintenance Technician to join their team in Dodoma. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee the maintenance of all electrical systems and production machinery to ensure uninterrupted operations. This involves conducting regular inspections, diagnosing technical malfunctions, and performing necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. As part of the Alkovintages team, you will contribute to the overall productivity and success of the company by ensuring that all technical infrastructure is in optimal condition. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician based in Dodoma to grow their career in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Requirements

Must be a resident of Dodoma, Tanzania. A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in electrical or maintenance roles. Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining electrical systems and industrial machinery. Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues. Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and regulations. Capability to read and interpret technical manuals and electrical diagrams. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
