A reputed agricultural farm is seeking an Extension Officer for its UAE operations, with work locations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. The role involves overseeing high-tech greenhouse farming and managing MIS reporting for vegetable production across the Emirates. The officer will be responsible for data-driven crop management and field extension services.
This position requires a GCC driver's license and experience in the UAE agricultural market. Candidates should be skilled in MS Excel and Oracle ERP systems. The role offers the chance to work with leading-edge agricultural technologies in one of the most innovative regions in the Middle East.
Key Requirements
Prior experience in Agricultural Vegetable Farming.
Proven expertise in Data Collection and MIS Reporting.
Significant experience working in GCC/Gulf or Middle Eastern countries.
Possession of a valid or expired Qatar/GCC driver's license (Mandatory).
Educational background in Agricultural Engineering or Agronomy.
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and dashboard creation.
Experience with ERP solutions such as Oracle ERP.
Knowledge of greenhouse and glasshouse farming techniques.
Ability to perform plant protection and toxicology assessments.
Strong communication skills for extension officer duties.
