Key Requirements

Ability to conduct performance evaluations and identify skill gaps. Knowledge of industry standards and luxury resort service protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Flexibility to work in a resort environment with varying schedules.
