Aastha Consulting is expanding its global network and is currently seeking a reliable business partner in Russia. This partnership aims to support our growing international manpower and business requirements across diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Construction, IT, and more. Our representative will be visiting Russia from April 10th to 16th to meet potential collaborators and explore long-term strategic opportunities.

As a partner, you will collaborate with a trusted global hiring partner approved by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs. Aastha Consulting has a strong presence in markets like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Europe, and Africa. We are looking for individuals or organizations capable of building strong partnerships and managing international recruitment processes effectively within the Russian market.

Key Requirements

Extensive experience in the recruitment industry or human resources management. Deep understanding of the Russian market and local business regulations. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to establish long-term partnerships. Ability to provide manpower support for sectors like Oil & Gas, IT, and Construction. Strong communication skills in both English and Russian. Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Ability to coordinate with international teams across different time zones. Knowledge of international hiring standards and visa processing requirements. High level of professionalism and ethical business practices. Capacity to host and manage visits from international representatives.
