This role involves working as a Salesforce Experience Cloud Configuration Specialist for a client of Talteam. The primary focus is to configure and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud sites to align with specific business needs and user experience goals. You will be responsible for interpreting Figma wireframes and transforming them into responsive, user-friendly layouts and components within the Salesforce ecosystem. The position is a W2 role and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment collaborating with various technical teams.

Furthermore, the specialist will leverage Salesforce Field Service and Lightning Experience capabilities to build and extend portals for various stakeholders, including technicians, partners, and customers. The role requires developing functionality using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows. Security is a priority, and the candidate must apply best practices for Guest User Profiles and sharing rules while collaborating with UX designers and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality. Ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation of technical designs are key components of the daily workflow.

Key Requirements

Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities). Strong ability to translate Figma wireframes into Salesforce Experience Cloud components and templates. Familiarity with Salesforce Field Service Management and Lightning Experience features. Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows. Solid understanding of Experience Cloud security, including Guest User access and sharing rules. Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as App Builder and Experience Builder. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience building portals for customers, partners, or field service technicians. Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design within Salesforce. Ability to collaborate with UX designers, administrators, and developers. Knowledge of performance best practices and platform scalability principles.
