THRIVE is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Assistant Manager Finance to join our dynamic finance department in Islamabad. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the company's financial health by overseeing budgeting processes, performing detailed financial analysis, and ensuring all reconciliations are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in accounting and a proactive approach to driving business growth through sound financial management.

As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations and improve reporting efficiency. You will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and assisting in the development of long-term financial strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-paced consulting environment and contribute directly to the success of THRIVE's global initiatives.

Key Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience working within Google Workspace for collaboration. Proven expertise in budgeting and financial forecasting. Demonstrated experience in performing financial analysis. Hands-on experience with bank and account reconciliations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
