Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee daily production operations at our Lahore facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring full compliance with organizational and safety regulations. You will serve as a vital link in the production chain, working closely with the planning, quality, and maintenance departments to drive operational excellence and meet organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with supervising daily activities, monitoring process efficiency, and identifying bottlenecks to improve productivity. You will be expected to maintain meticulous records, resolve production-related challenges, and optimize resource usage. Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Science. 2–3 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of production processes and daily operational management. In-depth knowledge of quality standards, SOPs, and safety compliance protocols. Proficiency in maintaining accurate production records and detailed reporting. Demonstrated ability to optimize resource utilization to enhance overall productivity. Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams like Quality and Maintenance. Ability to identify and resolve production-related issues promptly and effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet planned production schedules. Proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
