Nerita Group is looking for a Marine Industry Key Account Manager to spearhead business development and customer relations in Oman. This role is part of a strategic regional expansion aimed at shipowners, operators, and technical managers in the maritime sector. The successful candidate will focus on the supply of high-quality marine engine oils and lubricants, providing technical advice to improve client consumption efficiency. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer mapping to closing deals and managing ongoing accounts. This position demands a high degree of autonomy and the ability to operate within international maritime hubs. You will work closely with regional partners to identify new opportunities and maintain the company's competitive edge in the lubricant market. Your daily activities will involve significant customer outreach and port-based coordination. Ensuring that all deliveries align with vessel schedules is a key part of the job, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing maritime conditions. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the management team.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Marine Lubricants Sales (mandatory). Strong understanding of marine engine oils and vessel operations. Proven ability in value-based selling and negotiations. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, port-driven environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). A proactive, results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets. Valid residency or work authorization for the operating region. Knowledge of port coverage planning and operational coordination. Ability to manage volume and margin targets effectively. Experience with CRM tools and performance tracking metrics. Strong cross-cultural communication skills for technical procurement.
