TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERT @ DYNESS
As Dyness expands into North Africa, we are seeking a Technical Support Expert in Morocco to lead our technical services. This role is designed for a technical professional who understands the growing renewable energy sector in Morocco and possesses deep knowledge of energy storage systems. You will be responsible for supporting local distributors and installers, providing technical training, and resolving complex hardware issues in the field. Your work will directly impact our brand's reputation for reliability and quality in the region. We are looking for a candidate who is technically proficient and possesses the communication skills necessary to bridge the gap between technical complexity and client needs.
Key Requirements
Deep understanding of lithium batteries
Deep understanding of energy storage systems
Proven experience in technical support (pre-sales)
Proven experience in technical support (after-sales)
Ability to work independently in local markets
Hands-on experience with battery storage hardware
Direct energy storage or renewable experience
Multilingual skills including French and Arabic preferred
Ability to conduct technical training for partners
Proficiency in power electronics and inverter systems
