PROJECT COORDINATOR @ MM SVCS
MM SVCS, a U.S.-based Facilities & Property Management company, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support our remote operations for candidates based in Lebanon. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in our daily operations, acting as the main link between clients and technicians. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, and ensuring smooth communication to deliver high-quality service. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Zone (CT), with Saturdays generally being light, requiring work only in case of emergencies.
Your core responsibilities include scheduling and assigning service requests, sourcing and onboarding new technicians, and gathering detailed assessments including scopes of work and cost estimates. You will also be tasked with collecting accurate equipment specifications, preparing quotes, and ensuring all documentation like before/during/after photos and client sign-offs are properly managed. This position requires someone who can provide consistent updates to clients and internal teams while finalising work orders for invoicing. The role is entirely remote and requires a stable internet connection and the ability to work according to U.S. time zones.
