FINANCE MANAGER / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT @ AEL FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED
AEL Financial Services Limited is a well-established microfinance institution with over 10 years of successful operations in the financial sector. We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and accounting functions, ensuring that the company maintains its high standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency. This role involves a high level of responsibility, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as managing budgeting processes and financial planning to support the institution's strategic goals. The role is based in Tanzania, Dar es Salaam. In this position, you will be tasked with strengthening internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard the company's assets. You will also serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance with all statutory requirements, including those set by the Bank of Tanzania. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the microfinance industry who can demonstrate leadership and advanced analytical capabilities.
