Wngsts is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for supporting lead generation, client acquisition, and overall business growth specifically for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying potential business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with business owners to explain the value of our SEO, SMM, Paid Advertising, and Website Development offerings.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for converting leads into active clients and assisting in the seamless onboarding of new accounts. This onsite position at Bhandup West is suitable for individuals with 0–3 years of experience who are passionate about sales and have a keen interest in the digital marketing landscape. You will work closely with the internal team to ensure business targets are met while providing excellent communication and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

Basic experience or a strong interest in sales and business development. A foundational understanding of digital marketing services including SEO and SMM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with business owners. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and market trends. Ability to generate leads through various channels for marketing services. Proficiency in explaining complex digital services in a simple, persuasive manner. Capability to convert leads into long-term clients effectively. Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to work onsite at the Bhandup West, Mumbai office. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving acquisition targets.
