Vitric is seeking a highly skilled Sr Consultant (Sail Point Developer) to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you will work closely with customers on the installation, integration, deployment, and complete implementation of Sail Point software. You will be responsible for configuring solutions as defined by the Solution Architect and will increasingly contribute to the overall definition of these solutions. Communication is key, as you will interact with clients at both technical and functional levels to explain the implementation process.

As the primary point of contact for onsite Identity and Access Management (IAM) issues, you will handle queries and deployments with high proficiency. You will be expected to deliver small projects or sizable enhancement tasks independently or lead a small team to achieve these goals. This is a full-time position requiring an immediate joiner or someone who can join within 30 days. No salary details were provided in the original posting.

Key Requirements

6 to 10 years of Development/Implementation experience in IAM. Minimum 3 years of hands-on development/implementation experience in Sail Point IIQ. Expertise in application onboarding with complex connector types. Proficiency in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) configuration. Demonstrated experience in independent workflow development. Solid hands-on experience in Rule Writing within Identity IQ. Technical and functional communication skills for client interactions. Experience acting as a primary point of contact for onsite deployments. Ability to manage a small-sized team for task delivery. Familiarity with the full lifecycle of Sail Point software implementation. Capability to contribute to solution definitions under a Solution Architect. Strong problem-solving skills related to IAM software integration.
