The successful candidate will be responsible for designing critical steering components, including EPS, steering columns, shafts, and tie rods, specifically within the Vellivoyalchavadi region of Chennai. You will utilize advanced 2D/3D CAD tools such as CATIA, Creo, or NX to bring innovative concepts to life while ensuring rigorous quality through DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies.

Key Requirements

4–6 years of experience in automotive steering system design. Proficiency in creating 2D/3D CAD models using CATIA, Creo, or NX. Experience in designing components like EPS, steering columns, shafts, and tie rods. Knowledge and practical application of DFMEA and PFMEA processes. Ability to support validation and testing of automotive steering components. Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers. Demonstrated passion for innovation in vehicle engineering and electric vehicles. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with automotive industry standards and quality management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for research and development projects.
