SERVICE ENGINEER @ UTL UPS
We are currently looking for a professional and dedicated Service Engineer to join our growing technical team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our power backup systems, including UPS units and solar power equipment. The successful candidate will be the face of our company at client sites, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and that customer satisfaction remains high. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and provide high-quality service in a variety of environments. In addition to technical tasks, the Service Engineer will be expected to maintain detailed service logs, provide technical guidance to customers on proper equipment usage, and coordinate with the office for spare parts and further assistance.
