Tavant is actively seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Salesforce delivery teams across several major hubs in India, specifically Bangalore, Noida, Pune, and Hyderabad. The candidate will play a critical role in streamlining our Agile processes and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex Salesforce projects. This position requires 6 to 8 years of experience and is open to individuals who can join on an immediate notice period.

You will be responsible for facilitating all essential Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, refinements, demos, and retrospectives. Beyond facilitation, you will partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog and ensure all user stories meet the established Definitions of Ready and Done. By tracking key metrics such as throughput and sprint predictability, you will drive continuous improvement and remove any organizational impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Key Requirements

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across Salesforce delivery teams including sprint planning and daily standups. Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clean, prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria. Track progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics such as throughput and sprint predictability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team using data-driven insights. Remove impediments and coordinate across functions including business, Admin/Dev, and QA. Ensure user stories include acceptance criteria, test approach, and early identification of dependencies. 6 to 8 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Ability to manage integration touchpoints, data needs, and access/security reviews. Candidate must be available for an immediate notice period. Expertise in Salesforce project delivery and change management processes.
