This is a direct step-up opportunity for professionals currently working as Assistant Store Managers or Department Managers specifically within the footwear sector. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales targets. The successful candidates will be tasked with maximizing profitability through effective leadership and operational excellence.
The role requires a hands-on approach to financial reporting and P&L management. Successful candidates will lead and motivate their teams to achieve excellence in performance while maintaining the brand's standards. Locations for these positions include Coimbatore, Bhavnagar, Pune, Kakinada, Chennai, Erode, Hyderabad, and Vijayapura.
