SCRUM MASTER @ SVAAN TECH
We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating all key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives. You will serve as a servant leader, guiding the development team toward self-organization and continuous improvement while ensuring that Agile best practices are consistently applied across the project lifecycle.
Beyond ceremony facilitation, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business objectives. Your primary focus will be removing impediments that hinder the team's progress and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency. Candidates should be proficient in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and optimize workflows within the Tamil Nadu office location.
