As this role supports US-based operations, candidates must be comfortable working onsite during night shifts to coordinate effectively with international clients and vendors.
The primary responsibilities include marketing bench consultants, identifying suitable job opportunities through various portals, and building strong relationships with prime vendors and implementation partners. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills to manage the recruitment lifecycle and facilitate interview processes.
