Ritz Media World is seeking creative and technically proficient Video Editors to join our professional team at our facility in Sector 142, Noida. The successful candidates will be responsible for editing high-quality video content that meets our brand standards and client expectations. This is an on-site position requiring candidates to work from our Noida office during standard business hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. You will play a crucial role in our production pipeline, ensuring that all visual media is engaging, well-paced, and professionally finished.

The role involves managing raw footage, selecting the best takes, and utilizing advanced editing software to craft compelling narratives. You will collaborate with directors and other creative stakeholders to bring visions to life through cinematic techniques, sound design, and color grading. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about the art of storytelling and are eager to work in a fast-paced media environment in India. This position offers a great opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to a wide variety of exciting media projects.

Key Requirements

Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Demonstrated experience in video editing with a strong creative portfolio or showreel. Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and cinematic storytelling techniques. Ability to perform advanced color correction and audio mixing for high-quality final outputs. Familiarity with motion graphics and compositing using tools like Adobe After Effects. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail regarding visual aesthetics and technical specifications. Effective communication skills for collaborating with creative teams and following project briefs. Willingness to work on-site at the Noida Sector 142 office during specified hours. Knowledge of various video codecs, file formats, and export requirements for different platforms.
