We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our growing team and work on cutting-edge CRM solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, and SOSL. You will work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and other developers to deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs across multiple office locations in India, including Bangalore, Pune, Noida, and Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 9 years of professional experience and must be an immediate joiner. You will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from participating in Agile/Scrum processes to performing unit testing and code reviews. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to leverage their expertise in Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations, and Sales or Service Cloud within a dynamic and collaborative environment to build enterprise-grade applications.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 5 to 9 years of professional experience in Salesforce development. Strong proficiency in writing Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing. In-depth knowledge of SOQL and SOSL for efficient data querying. Hands-on experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC). Proven track record of implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Experience customizing Salesforce with workflows, flows, and validation rules. Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including sharing rules and profiles. Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functional areas. Expertise in using SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and Change Sets for deployments. Knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot performance issues. Ability to participate effectively in Agile/Scrum development processes. Capable of maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and unit tests. Must be an immediate joiner with the ability to start role promptly. Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
