The ideal candidate will be proficient in manual and automated code reviews, vulnerability scanning, and API penetration testing using tools like Burp Suite and Postman. A deep understanding of common application vulnerabilities such as XSS, SQL injection, and CSRF is required. Beyond technical skills, the role emphasizes team management and client relationship management, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization by reviewing compliance with security policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AppSec or Security Analysis. Proven expertise in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT). Strong background in Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and source code review. Extensive experience with web and mobile application security analysis. Proficiency in using security tools such as Burp Suite and Postman for API testing. Deep understanding of application-level vulnerabilities including XSS, SQLi, and CSRF. Experience implementing and managing DevSecOps pipelines. Ability to conduct both manual and automated security code reviews. Strong skills in vulnerability research and mitigation strategy development. Capacity for team management and professional client relationship management.
