FIELD SERVICE EXECUTIVE @ KARYARTH
Karyarth is seeking a motivated Field Service Executive to join their rapidly expanding fintech ecosystem, focusing on innovative EDC and POS payment solutions throughout India. In this role, you will be responsible for the RRR Cycle, encompassing device returns, reverse pickups, and machine reactivations. As a technical representative on the ground, you will ensure that merchant operations run smoothly with minimal downtime, providing critical support for POS systems across multiple locations including Kochi, Mumbai, Prayagraj, Mangalore, Udupi, Vadodara, Siliguri, Malda, Kurnool, Prakasam, Thiruvallur, Virudhunagar, Erode, Puruliya, Mehshana, Beed, Surendranagar, and Banas Kantha.
The position is a full-time, permanent role requiring a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in a field service environment. Key duties include daily travel for merchant visits, device troubleshooting, and installation, alongside meticulous documentation and CRM management. Candidates can expect a salary of up to ₹4.5 LPA plus performance-based incentives.
