The role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience who hold a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering. The position is located at the GRP facility in Nuthankal, Hyderabad, offering a structured career path in quality assurance. Compensation for the role is tiered based on qualification and experience, starting at 3 LPA for Diploma freshers and up to 5 LPA for B.Tech candidates with one year of experience. The core responsibilities of this role involve performing comprehensive inward material inspections and conducting various in-process quality checks to ensure manufacturing standards are met. Key Requirements

Familiarity with precision measurement tools and instruments used in manufacturing. Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standards. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to identify material defects. Effective communication skills for reporting findings to the production team.
