Cadspro Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Manager specializing in SOLIDWORKS CAD Solutions. This role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between design challenges and practical, real-world solutions. You will be responsible for leading technical discussions, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring that clients receive the best possible CAD software solutions tailored to their specific engineering needs.

As a leader within the organization, you will mentor the technical team and drive capability building to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the CAD domain. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong background in design or application engineering. You must be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences and support customers with best practices in SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDEDGE, or CATIA environments.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in the CAD domain. Strong technical expertise in SOLIDWORKS software. Familiarity with other CAD tools such as SOLIDEDGE or CATIA. A solid background in design engineering or application engineering. Proven ability to lead pre-sales technical discussions with clients. Experience in conducting professional product demonstrations. Ability to support customers with CAD solutions and industry best practices. Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide a technical team. Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into simple, actionable advice. Proactive approach to driving technical capability building within the team.
